Post batches of small jobs, set clear instructions, and review submissions. Funds stay in escrow until you approve quality output.

Post once. Run thousands of identical HITs.
Write instructions, attach examples, set reward and time limits, then launch. Workers pull from one queue so every submission stays comparable—and you export results when you are ready.
Built into every batch
Workers and requesters stay aligned without side threads.
Accept a HIT, submit proof, pass review, then see funds move from pending to cleared. Requesters see the same states on their batch dashboard—no spreadsheets required.
Make it fit your ops—not the other way around.
Tune approval windows, auto-release timers, cohort filters, and notification rules. Larger teams can align LIKIOMO with internal QA steps so microwork drops into the tools you already use.
One ledger everyone can explain.
Escrow, dispute notes, and payout events stay in-product so finance and support share the same history. Workers see why a rejection happened; requesters see fraud flags and duplicate signals before they scale spend.

Your governed human-in-the-loop layer for evaluation, QA, policy, fraud sampling, and operations—delivered as escrow-backed batches with rubric-linked review and an exportable audit trail.
Models, rules engines, and offshore automation still leave gaps: judgment under ambiguity, multilingual nuance, policy interpretation, and edge cases where someone must stand behind a decision. LIKIOMO is where organizations run that work as repeatable programs, not one-off tickets.
Post batches with frozen instructions, attach gold examples, and fund escrow before work is accepted. Workers see net rewards and time limits up front; reviewers approve or reject against the same rubric, with reasons stored on the submission.
Finance and risk see the same ledger as operations: funding events, per-HIT outcomes, appeals windows, and exports suitable for internal QA or external audit—without rebuilding narrative from chat logs.
Statement for program leads
If you would not put a decision in front of a regulator or a customer without a paper trail, do not run it on tools that discard context. LIKIOMO keeps briefs, submissions, and payout events in one product history so you can explain what was judged, by whom, and under which rules.
Reputation, completion history, and integrity signals gate visibility. Add geography, language, device, and cohort filters—or restrict to invited private pools with NDAs when disclosure matters.
Gold-standard items, staged rollouts, and spot-check queues catch drift before it hits production metrics. The same pipeline supports a pilot batch beside your weekly evaluation cadence.
Rejections carry structured rationales; appeals attach evidence inside defined windows. Exportable histories and fee line items reduce friction between operations, legal, and finance.
Most failures we see are not “bad workers”—they are ambiguous briefs, moving targets, or eligibility that was never written down. LIKIOMO forces the uncomfortable work up front: define who may accept, what “done” means, and what evidence is attached to an appeal. That discipline is what makes throughput trustworthy at scale.
Treat worker submissions like production data: classify what may leave the platform, who may download it, and how long it lives in review quarantine. Your hirer guide and account settings describe export formats and retention levers available today; volume and regulated workflows route through Contact for tailored controls.
Start with a narrow cohort and a frozen rubric. Measure turnaround, inter-rater agreement, and rejection reasons for two release cycles. When the numbers justify it, widen eligibility, add gold items, and wire exports into your existing data warehouse or labeling QA tools—without changing how workers see the task.
For vendor security questionnaires, SOC follow-ups, or custom MSA paths, use Contact with your policy pack; we route enterprise conversations separately from self-serve batch traffic.

After a requester approves your work, the reward leaves escrow and posts to your LIKIOMO balance—usually within minutes of approval, though occasional review queues can add a short delay.
Withdrawals depend on the payout method you choose (for example bank transfer or supported wallets). Many routes settle the same day; others can take a few business days because of bank cutoffs, weekends, or holidays in your country.
Quality and trust run both directions. Workers build approval rates and category scores; requesters who spike unreasonable rejections or ignore appeals get reviewed and can lose posting privileges or pay higher escrow holds.
If you believe a rejection was wrong, you can open an appeal inside the window shown on the task. Attach clear evidence—screenshots, timestamps, or files the instructions asked for—so a moderator can compare your submission to the rubric.
Most people use LIKIOMO as flexible side income: you pick tasks when you have time, and availability shifts with demand, your ratings, and which categories you are cleared for.
Task volume is not guaranteed. It can change by season, client budgets, region, and platform experiments. Treat advertised rewards as examples, not a promise of future hours or rates.
Workers see the net reward on the accept screen—the amount that applies to your balance if the work is approved as submitted.
Requesters pay platform and payment-processing fees when they fund work into escrow. Those line items are visible in funding receipts so budgets stay transparent on both sides.
Yes. Verified organizations can limit HITs to invited workers, segment by skill or geography, and keep sensitive briefs inside a controlled audience instead of the public marketplace.
Teams that need stronger governance can layer NDAs, audit-friendly exports, and single sign-on (SSO) aligned to their IT policies. If you expect high volume, custom SLAs, or regulated workflows, reach out through Contact and we will route you to the right setup.

Individual HITs may require hardware or context you do not use every day—such as a working camera, microphone, or a supported operating system for a desktop-only tool. Those requirements appear on the preview card before you accept, so you can skip tasks that do not fit your device.
