By accessing and using LIKIOMO ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

2.2 Account Types

The Platform offers two types of accounts:

  • Worker Accounts: For individuals seeking to complete tasks and earn money
  • Employer Accounts: For individuals or businesses posting tasks for workers

2.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Platform Services

3.1 For Workers

Workers can browse available tasks, accept work, complete assignments, and receive payment upon approval. Workers are independent contractors and not employees of LIKIOMO.

3.2 For Employers

Employers can post tasks, review submissions, approve or reject work, and manage their workforce. Employers are responsible for providing clear task instructions and fair compensation.

3.3 Escrow System

All payments are held in escrow until tasks are completed and approved. This protects both workers and employers from fraud.

4. Payments & Fees

4.1 Worker Payments

Workers receive payment for approved tasks. Payments are processed according to our payment schedule and are subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums.

4.2 Platform Fees

LIKIOMO charges a service fee on transactions. Current fee structures are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawals

Workers may withdraw earnings via available payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency). Withdrawal processing times vary by method.

4.4 Taxes

Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on their earnings. LIKIOMO does not withhold taxes and will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
  • Engage in any form of harassment, spam, or abuse
  • Post tasks that violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Circumvent the Platform's payment system
  • Submit work completed by others as your own

6. Task Quality & Disputes

6.1 Quality Standards

Workers must complete tasks according to the provided instructions. Employers must provide clear, achievable instructions. Low-quality work may be rejected.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between workers and employers, LIKIOMO may mediate at its discretion. Our decisions on disputes are final and binding.

6.3 Rejection Policy

Employers may reject work that does not meet the stated requirements. Excessive false rejections may result in account penalties.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Have excessive disputes or rejections
  • Harm the Platform's reputation or operations

Terminated accounts forfeit any pending earnings unless otherwise determined by LIKIOMO.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by LIKIOMO or its licensors. Work completed by workers becomes the property of the employer upon payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

LIKIOMO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of earnings or profits
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Actions of other users
  • Technical issues or downtime
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIKIOMO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
