Check out what's newLIKIOMO is a microwork marketplace that connects workers who complete small, structured tasks with hirers (sometimes called employers or clients) who need that work performed. We provide software, accounts, payments infrastructure, trust and safety tooling, and operational support—we are not the employer of workers and we do not guarantee that any task will be available, approved, or paid.
In these Terms, “Platform” means our websites (including likiomo.com), web apps, dashboards, APIs, and related services. “You” means any visitor or account holder.
By creating an account, signing in, posting or accepting tasks, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or risk controls. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we may also notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Platform on behalf of a person who does not meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your profile truthful. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your skills, location, tax status, or affiliation.
Unless we expressly approve otherwise in writing, you may not operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits, quality controls, payouts, or enforcement.
We may require identity verification, device checks, or additional documentation to reduce fraud, satisfy financial-partner rules, or comply with law. You agree to cooperate and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account until you notify us of compromise and we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Workers use LIKIOMO to discover and complete microwork tasks posted by hirers. As a worker you acknowledge that:
Nothing on our marketing pages (including examples of payout speed or volume) overrides what is shown in-product for your account, region, and payout method.
Hirers use LIKIOMO to define, fund, and review microwork. As a hirer you agree that:
Hirers may approve or reject submissions based on the stated criteria. Workers may have limited appeal or dispute paths as described in the product.
LIKIOMO may investigate reports, freeze payouts where risk warrants, remove tasks, or take other moderation steps. Where we mediate, our operational decisions are designed to protect the marketplace and may be final except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Manipulation of ratings, fake traffic, laundering, or coordinated abuse may lead to immediate suspension and forfeiture of disputed balances.
In addition to applicable law, you must not use LIKIOMO to request or perform tasks involving, for example: child exploitation; violence or credible threats; illegal drugs; stolen data; malware; hacking; spam; discrimination; harassment; non-consensual intimate imagery; evasion of sanctions; or deceptive impersonation.
You must not scrape the Platform at scale without permission, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or attempt to bypass fees, escrow, or access controls.
LIKIOMO may use escrow-style flows so that funds for a task are reserved while work is in progress. Fees (including service or payment-processing costs) are shown in the product and may change prospectively.
Withdrawal methods, minimums, timelines, and currency availability depend on your region, verification level, and third-party payment partners—check your wallet or payouts screen for what applies to you.
Taxes: You are responsible for your own tax reporting. LIKIOMO does not provide tax advice. Where we are legally required to issue statements or withhold amounts, we will do so.
LIKIOMO retains all rights in the Platform, brand, and software. Subject to the task terms and payment, deliverables you submit as a worker may be licensed or assigned to the hirer as stated in the task or hirer agreement. You warrant you have the rights needed to submit your work.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. By using LIKIOMO you acknowledge that we may process data in the United Kingdom and other countries where we or our processors operate.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk, legal demand, or prolonged inactivity policies. Where permitted by law and payment-partner rules, pending balances related to fraud or chargebacks may be withheld or reversed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We are not liable for losses arising from other users’ conduct, third-party services, network outages, or indirect or consequential damages, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You will defend and indemnify LIKIOMO and its team against third-party claims arising from your tasks, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law—except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
